How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping times vary product to product, however for United States residents it should take between 1-2 weeks for your package to be delivered. You should expect your package to be processed 2-5 days after your order is placed. For other countries, check below:
Canada, Europe: 2-3 weeks (5-7 day processing)
Australia, New Zealand: 2-4 weeks (5-7 day processing)
Central & South America: 2-4 weeks (5-7 day processing)
Asia: 2-4 weeks (5-7 day processing)
Africa: 3-5 weeks (5-7 day processing)

What happens if I need to return an item?
If you need to cancel, return or refuse an order a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount

We accept all major credit cards which can be processed easily through PayPal. We do not accept Wire Transfers, Cash, Checks or CryptoCurrency.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order on TPAF is pretty easy. Choose item(s) of your liking and add them to your basket. When you are ready to checkout, enter your preferred payment method and we’ll take care of the rest! You can always contact us with questions and/or concerns.
Do I need an account to place an order?
If you plan on returning to TPAF, awesome! You should definitely create an account. Just stopping by to see what we have to offer? No worries! You can easily browse and purchase without creating an account with us.
Who should I contact if I have any queries?
You can contact us directly through our chat app or via email. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as we can.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can contact us directly to cancel an order. You have 48 hours after you place an order to cancel your order for a full refund. If you cancel your order after the 48 hour period your refund will not be granted. To change an order (without refund) please contact us within 24 hours. Any requests to orders made after this period may or may not be fulfilled.
How Do I Track My Order?
We track orders both internally and through a 3rd-party system. When you place an order you will be given a unique order ID that you can use to track your order. We will also provide details to our 3rd party tracking app that will allow you to monitor your package.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you need to return a product for a refund or exchange please contact us directly so that we can provide you with a forwarding address. Please keep in mind that returns and refunds must be requested 48 hours after your order has been placed or 24 hours after it has arrived.
